Request to Hon’ble Supreme Court to change practice and procedures

Advantages of Fighting Against The Biggest First

Since years, I follow this policy. Of  course, since about 28 years I have stopped fighting  for public causes.

But whenever, I decide to enter in the battle field, I start with the Biggest First. If I lose this battle, I won’t be around to fight other battles. If I win against the Biggest, all other smaller small battles will be very easy to fight.

This blog, started yesterday, is all about fighting for good and respectable laws.

In this battlefield, Supreme Court seems to be the biggest Enemy which needs to change the way it deals with people.

First, let us Check History of people who fought against Supreme Court in past.

Before going into battlefield, a good warrior always first studies past battles and the mistakes of past fighters.

Some years, ago a  lawyer used to write regular column in a National Newspaper. He became so popular, that people awaited his articles every week.

One day, he wrote an article, making scathing remarks against the way of listing of final hearing matters in Supreme Court.

After, four weeks, Newspaper, discontinued publishing article of this lawyer. At present, since many years, I have not seen this lawyer in Supreme Court.

THE LESSON

The Chinese Rule:

Be very very careful when you make any suggestions to The Emperor. You cannot just walk to a Lion and say that its methods need correction. The Lion will eat you up the moment you make him suggestion.

But before eating you up, the Lion will give you its reason for eating you up.

It will say, “Mr. Lion-reformer,  I do not like to be guided and advised by others,”

After saying this, the Lion will eat you up.

Ancient Chinese, found a way to make suggestions to Emperor.

In stead of making suggestions to Emperor, they will tell stories to Emperor. The Emperor will get message. And he may improve.

THIS BLOGPOST  IS PURELY DEDICATE FOR MAKING SUGGESTION TO HON’BLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA REGARDING ITS PRACTICE AND PROCEDURES.
(For other subjects, I will set up other posts)

All judges here are very sharp and authentic.

None of them likes to be guided and advised by others.

So instead of making them suggestions, we will tell them stories.

STORY NO. 1

In the times of Justice P.N. Bhagwati, even a postcard to Supreme Court Judges was treated as suo moto writ petition.

Letters were treated as writ petitions if there were public issues. Then in 1983, Supreme Court delivered a judgement giving criteria for treating such letters as writ petition.

My first story ends here.

If I will remember more stories, I will update here and will write here as STORY No.2. And so on….

If you feel like commenting, supporting, Liking, or disliking these stories, you can put your comments.

Everything will work towards good of all.

As per law of Universe, no action goes in vain.
