I thank, I have nothing more to add except that we have 3 Crore Pending Cases which is a serious matter.

Courts are not able to list Cases on Dates given.

Lawyers are unable to tell clients within how much time there case will be decided.

There are long long queues of cases.

Urgent cases are jumping queues at so much speed that the case of an ordinary man gets lost.

This all reminds me of a Dev Anand’s Film “Kala Bazar.”

A Film which I have never seen.
