If there is a God, why He is not protecting us from Covid-19 virus ?

Nearest answer is seen in Bhagwad Gita. The God said, “I will guide you. I will be with you in battlefield all the time. But I will not use any weapon to help you. It is you alone who has to fight the battle.”
In real life battles, these words bring out an “Inner Voice within us.”..
This better version of inner voice keeps guiding us about our risks and about our right choices.
Stronger is this inner voice, better are our chances to win the battle.
