What if in child marriage, under age minor wife commits suicide within 7 years of marriage?

On Google, I learned that half of child marriages are taking place in India. All government efforts to stop child marriages have failed.

What will be position of family of husband? How would they handle a Balika Vadhu, ?
Will all family go to jail if suicide takes, place within seven years of marriage?

This is a scary situation of law!
