Do beggars have Right To Live in India?

Standard
Once I argued a case before a High Court, that my client is a beggar. He is living under a particular  tree since 20 years. And the Collector had no right to remove him from his place.

High Court asked me,”What right your client has to live under a tree?”

I argued, “There are millions of beggars in this country. Under Art.21, they have to have some right to live at some place. Under laws, all lands which are not owned by anybody, are owned by Government. Therefore, under this tree, my client has right to live”

Judge disagreed with me and dismissed my case.

I remember old days, when all beggars were permitted to travel free in Third Class Compartment of railways.

They could travel freely all over country. They had to however, sit near toilet. Neither any ticket checker nor any police man used to trouble them.

I am not sure whether they are still permitted to travel free in railways.

When there were Common Wealth Games in Delhi, all beggars were asked to go temporarily in hiding so that foreigners do not get poor image of India…….  I don’t know what to say.

I have still not come across any judgement of Supreme Court or High Court which says that million of beggars have right to sleep under tree or on pavements.

I wonder if you know any provision of law under which beggars have right to live in India and to sleep under a tree.

If you know, please let me know.

How Foreign Countries Used both India and Pakistan to serve their own interests.

Standard
There is nothing new in the title. In the heart of every Indian and in heart of every Pakistani, it is clear that Some Foreign Countries are using them for their own purpose.

But people cannot just express this properly. Because people are not sure in their mind.

My qualification to write article on this subject is zero. I have no knowledge of foreign policy of India, or Pakistan or of foreign countries. I have no factual data to support what I am about to write.

THINKING BY SITTING UNDER A PEEPLE TREE

In many villages, people construct a sitting place around a peeple tree. And those who are free, sit there and discuss what Manmohan Singh should do, what Obama should do, What Narendra Modi Should do etc and then they depart after taking a half cup of tea.

In cities, outside libraries, people sit outside on stairs of libraries and discuss things.

These discussion have no value. Even if these people represent mind of a country.

WHAT I AM SAYING BELOW IS NOTHING MORE THEN EMPTY TALKS OF SUCH IDLE VILLAGERS.

And What They are saying ?

They are saying like this:

1) Poor Manmohan Singh. He is imprisoned by his ministers and party. He can’t order even a glass of water unless PMO permits it.

2) Now, India and Pakistan both have become nuclear powers.

‘The foreign powers can control these two countries only if both of these country are made Debt-ridden. Once we have become debt ridden, they can control us by giving some more loan now and then.

Secondly, we should not be allowed to become politically stable countries. The more our governments are unstable, more power Foreign Countries will have control on us.

Thirdly, once our governments of these two countries, have become dependant on foreign countries, their companies will be able to sale us a plastic comb for One Lakh Ruppees. And thus our country will always remain poorer to foreign powers.”

ALL ABOVE IS WELL SAID.

BUT WHERE ARE THE PROOFS THAT THESE COUNTRIES ARE CONTROLLING PAKISTAN AND INDIA BY THESE METHODS.

It is very easy to find proofs.

Go to a book store, buy book about secrets of Henry Kissinger. Buy a book called 48 Laws of Power, by Robert Green, Viva Publication.

Buy such more books. Read them. These diplomats have told everything.

After reading these books, scan history of India and Pakistan in last 20 Years.

You will instantly feels that these authors are right.

LINKS

Henry Kissinger was key adviser to U.S. Government.
Robert Green, lead author of 48 Laws of Power, was reported to be on panel of advisor to George Bush.
When the 48 Laws of Power Book came to India, in answer to a question, L.K. Advani said that he was reading this book.

Then I read this book.

Every dirty game of politics are clearly explained in the book.

SUPPOSE YOU HAVE NO TIME TO READ THESE BOOKS.

CAN I NOT GIVE YOU A SIMPLE EXAMPLE TO MOTIVATE YOU TO THINK FURTHER ON ISSUE?

I will give you two examples:

1) One of the rule of Henry Kissinger was, “Surround the Enemy at night and burn it to ashes before morning”

Now compare this, to what happened to Baba Ramdev at Ramlila ground.

2) Robert Green’s Book rule : “Use Cat’s Paw”

If you are cooking something on fire, and if you want to take out something from fire, you will burn your fingers if you do it directly. So you find a Cat and used Cat’s Paw to take out that thing from fire. Cat’s paw will burn, but your fingers will be safe.

Now look around, everyone who may be trying to weaken this country , could be a Cat’s Pow.

Try to find out who could be behind this Cat’s Paw. And whose interest is he serving.

You may get right answers.

Cat’s Paw is defined as “A person used by another to gain an end” in Advanced English Dictionary.
