Being a fighter lawyer has its own advantages and disadvantages. You are like a free bird flying in the open sky at your own risks and costs.

But if you aspire to be selected as a Judge, then you have to mind every word you speak or write.

There are highly sophisticated databases and search tools with which the government as well as non government agencies, can look into your mind to identify your line of thinking.

If you speak or write a word against any ruling party or its leader, then obviously you may suffer a roadblock when you may be being considered for judgeship.

If you speak or write a word in favour of the ruling party or its leaders, then also you may suffer a roadblock. Opposition can question your suitability for judgeship.

Try to mind every word you speak or write. Speak innocent words. No one should be able to use your words against you.

Also mind what you are scrolling on social media. Every time you scroll a post, you leave digital fingerprints. The digital records of posts you have scrolled can also disclose your line of thinking.

These cautions are necessary if you are aspiring for judgeship.

I have written this post in hope that this post may give some food for thoughts to young lawyers who are aspiring to be a judge.
