A Short Joke to Show How Judges Decide Husband – Wife Cases? You may retweet if your wife permits you to do.

Standard
Sometimes, a Joke Can Tell You Everything, which people may not be able to say publicly!

I assume that YOU want to know how Indian Judges deal with, Husband and Wife who are fighting in  courts of India.

YOU may also want to know how a Supreme Court Judge looks at such cases.

The Following Joke will tell you Almost Everything.

Three persons were sitting at a round table in a restaurant.

One was Winston Churchill.

Second was, Nancy Astor, the First Woman Member of British Parliament.

Third was a Judge of  Supreme Court of India.

Lady Nancy told Churchill, ” If I were Your wife, I will have given you a glass full of poison.”

Churchill replied immediately, “If I were Your Husband, I would have drank that glass of poison immediately.”

The Supreme Court Judge interposed and said, “Even if both of you will die, I will not grant you divorce.”…………

The Joke ends here.

But it is supposed to tell you everything which you want to know what is happening in Indian Courts where husband wife are fighting.

LET US TAKE THIS JOKE FURTHER

Rule:-  Major Discomfort has to precede before a major change happens.

I assure you that there is nothing like Contempt of Supreme Court in telling this joke to anyone. There is no contempt even if you place this Joke on a Placard and put it outside premises of any Family court of India.

Husband seeking divorce, can wear this Joke Placard on their neck when going to court. Some policemen or some judge may ask him to remove this before entering in court. Remove it then. But the court may fast track your case. No judge likes such husbands wearing placards coming in their courts. (Sorry, to wives, who not want to give divorce to their husbands in this generation)

There is also no Contempt if Social Advertiser giant, Amul puts this joke in Amul Butter Advertisements on front page of Times of India. In fact the company will do a great service to nation by publishing this Joke with caricature of a Husband and a Wife fighting for a piece of Amul Butter.

Nothing good happens in this country until we involve big people listed in Who’s Who In India, a book, which may be available from Jain Book Depot of Delhi..

RT this post if your wife has no objection.

After all,  I have also a lots of grievances against my wife. And no Supreme Court judges is willing to solve our disputes. He threatens me to slap an order of fine if I try to complain to His Lordship about my wife. 🙂  ðŸ™‚  ðŸ™‚  ðŸ™‚  ðŸ™‚

When Army Can Take over Control of Indian Governmant by imposing Army Rule?

Standard
Martial law

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Not to be confused with Marital law.

1…Martial law is the imposition of military rule by military authorities over designated regions on an emergency basis—(usually) only temporary—when the civilian government or civilian authorities fail to function effectively (e.g., maintain order and security, and provide essential services),

2… when there are extensive riots and protests, or when the disobedience of the law becomes widespread. (Large Scale Scams Across Country and Cases of squandering public money)

3. In most cases, military forces are deployed to quiet the crowds, to secure government buildings and key or sensitive locations, and to maintain order.

4. Generally, military personnel replace civil authorities and perform some or all of their functions.

 5. In full-scale martial law, the highest-ranking military officer would take over, or be installed, as the military governor or as head of the government, thus removing all power from the previous executive, legislative, and judicial branches of governmentt.

6. Martial law can be used by governments to enforce their rule over the public.

7. Such incidents may occur after a coup d’état (Thailand 2006); when threatened by popular protest (China, Tiananmen Square protests of 1989); to suppress political opposition (Poland in 1981); to stabilize insurrections or perceived insurrections (Canada, The October Crisis of 1970).

8. Martial law may be declared in cases of major natural disasters, however most countries use a different legal construct, such as a “state of emergency”.

9. Martial law has also been imposed during conflicts and in cases of occupations, where the absence of any other civil government provides for an unstable population.( A Jugard-Governement is Equal to Absense of Civil Government)

10. Examples of this form of military rule include post World War II reconstruction in Germany and Japan as well as the southern reconstruction following the U.S. Civil War.

11. Is now time for India to experience Martial Law?

I am a coward Indian.

I will not like to express my views publicly in this issue.

I will do as others sheep do.

Typically, the imposition of martial law accompanies curfews, the suspension of civil law, civil rights, habeas corpus, and the application or extension of military law or military justice to civilians.

Civilians defying martial law may be subjected to military tribunal (court-martial)
